MICHAEL CAYE was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he trained at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School and the Point Park University International Summer Dance Program. In May of 2019, she was named Dance Magazine’s dancer “on the rise.” Aside from dancing, Carrico is very passionate about teaching ballet and has been a part of the Atlanta Ballet Summer Intensive faculty for three consecutive years. Along with dancing many other classical ballets, she has performed works by Helgi Tomasson, Mark Morris, George Balanchine, Liam Scarlett, Stanton Welch, Dwight Rhoden, Ricardo Amarante, Yury Yanowski, John McFall, Craig Davidson, Max Petrov, Claudia Schreier and Mark Godden. Carrico feels fortunate to have performed principal roles, such as Kitri in Yuri Possokhov’s Don Quixote, the Sylph in Johan Kobborg’s La Sylphide, and Marie in Yuri Possokhov’s The Nutcracker. She has danced professionally with Kentucky Ballet Theatre, Columbia City Ballet and currently with Atlanta Ballet. In Atlanta, Bush has danced many principal roles in classical, neoclassical and contemporary works, such as Helgi Tomasson's 7 for Eight, the principal male in George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, and Gutman in Helen Pickett’s Camino Real.
He spent the 2012-2014 seasons with Germany’s Theatre Augsburg, where he worked with such notable choreographers as Douglas Lee, Annabelle Lopez-Ochoa, Christian Spuck, Michael Pink and Itzik Galili. He continued his training under Sharon Story at Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education, as well as the San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet under Susan Connally. JACOB BUSH grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he trained at Minnesota Dance Theatre under the direction of Lise Houlton.
